Parkway Bakery and Tavern is proud to announce its continued support of the Ochsner Transplant Institute.

Starting Friday, April 14, and ending on Sunday, April 16 — the same weekend as #FrenchQuarterFestival — Parkway will be donating $1 from sales of every shrimp po’boy sold to support transplant patients and programs at the Ochsner Transplant Institute. 

Whether you’re French Quarter Festin’ down the street or just in the mood to do good (and eat good), we invite locals to stop by and enjoy a shrimp po’boy. We are eager to give back and bring awareness to the importance of organ transplant programs, a topic that is close to the Parkway family.
