Join us for a powerful day of lifting and giving! This holiday season, we're hosting a weightlifting fundraiser to raise money for Ochsner Children's Child Life Services. All the money raised will be used to purchase Christmas gifts for kids. 

How it works:

• ​There will be multiple teams between Elmwood and Heritage Plaza.
• Trainers will build their teams; Members are welcome to join a team to participate in this event. 
• Each team will do a series of lifts in a 2-hour period. (Deadlifts, Bench Press, Squats and Shoulder press.
• The Goal for each team is to life 1,000,000lbs in a 2 hour period.
• Maximum participants per team-10 people
